Feeling…
Feeling. Like really FEELING. Is that difficult for you? To allow yourself to FEEL the moments in your life, the good or the bad… or just Life?
Allowing ourselves to truly FEEL the deep emotional state within our mind bodies gives us the flow we need to process our feelings. By breathing deeply into the emotion.
Lately, I have realized that there are moments in time that JUST as they are. Moments. Not to BE judged or FELT any sort of way.
The past traumas that we say… are past us… those are the feelings and emotions that get buried deep within our molecular structure and cause dis-EASE or disease within our bodies. Such as headaches, stomach issues, pain pockets, chronic illnesses etc. It is amazing when we BEgin to process these deep seeded emotional situations and ACTUALLY ALLOW healing what comes of the dis-ease within our bodies.
Trauma, hurt, pain, continues to show up within our actions, and BEhaviors whether we realize it or not. So with the help and guidance of a coach or mentor we can help you see those blind spots to release the pains within that molecular structure. Things will continue to repeat themselves if we do not “deal” with, or process that past shit.
Universal bitch slaps will come along and wake you up to the realization that, YES, I am not moving forward, or Damn, I do need help moving through this.
For me, I have to look at this shit everyday. I HAVE to allow myself the inner guidance to see what is really going on within my mind body to allow its flow state.
We must FEEL it to HEAL it!
